- How does AI photo erasing actually work?
- The tool uses a generative diffusion model (our AI) that's trained on millions of images. When you mark a region to remove, the model generates new pixels that are contextually consistent with the surrounding image — similar to how it creates images from text prompts, but anchored to your photo.
- Can AI erasers leave no trace?
- Usually yes for small or medium objects. Large removals against complex backgrounds (e.g. removing a person from a crowd) may leave subtle inconsistencies that a trained eye can spot, but casual viewers won't notice. The quality has improved dramatically in 2024-2026 generation models like our AI.
- Is the AI eraser tool private?
- Your photo is uploaded to our server for processing, processed by our AI on a cloud GPU, and the result is returned to you. Input and output are deleted from our storage after a few days. We don't train on your photos or share them with third parties.
