Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I position the text on the video?
- The text is centered on the video by default. You can control the size (12-200px), add a stroke outline for visibility, or enable the background box for a semi-transparent backdrop behind the text.
- Is the text permanent or removable?
- The text is burned (hardcoded) into the video frames, so it's permanent and visible in any video player without subtitle support. For removable subtitles, use our Auto Subtitles tool to generate an SRT file.
- What font is used for the text overlay?
- The tool uses Arial, a clean sans-serif font that's highly readable at any size. The stroke outline and optional background box ensure the text is visible over any video content.
