Nightcore-ify

Create a nightcore version of the audio file. Tempo is the pitch factor and 1.06 is a good default for nightcore. Speed will increase the audio speed and decrease the length of the file, 1.25 means a 25% increase and is a good deafult. A 1 minute audio file sped up by a factor of 1.25 will produce a 45 second file.
